1. Order Preparation Time

After payment is successfully completed, your order is reviewed, prepared, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. This period includes order verification, product checking, secure packaging, and preparation for carrier pickup. Once your package has shipped, a notification with available tracking details will be sent to your email address.

  • Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • High-demand periods, seasonal sales, or promotional events may extend preparation times slightly.
  • Orders placed after business hours begin processing on the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes can vary based on destination, courier network, customs review, local delivery conditions, and carrier availability. The estimates below are provided as general guidance and may change due to factors beyond our direct control.

  • Domestic shipping where available: Usually 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping: Usually 14 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on country and route.

Delays may occur because of customs processing, weather conditions, transport disruptions, regional restrictions, or courier operations. Your tracking page will show the latest shipment status provided by the carrier.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to your delivery address, order size, package weight, and available shipping method. Any shipping cost is shown before you place your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions, campaigns, or limited offers.
  • Priority or express options may be available for an extra charge where supported.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Customs, Taxes and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees required by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, and local fees.
  • Packages refused because of unpaid import costs may be refunded only after shipping and return costs are deducted.

6. Delayed, Missing or Damaged Shipments

After dispatch, the selected carrier manages your shipment. While courier handling is outside our direct control, Balancevie will assist with delivery-related concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check nearby areas and contact the carrier first.
  • Delayed or missing parcels may require an investigation from the delivery provider.
  • If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us with clear photos promptly.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Balancevie is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled address details.

  • Contact us immediately if you need to request an address change before dispatch.
  • Address corrections cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.
  • Address changes are not possible after an order has already shipped.

8. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned because of refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import charges, or incorrect address details will be reviewed according to the conditions below.

  • Reshipment: May be available after any required additional shipping charge is paid.
  • Refunds: May be issued after original shipping fees and applicable return charges are deducted.
